丝绸之路: 第一天 (陕西篇)

路程：新加坡-昆明-咸阳-西安

让大家久等了！
相隔三个月，我又再次踏进中国的领土。朋友和同事都在问我是否有那么喜欢中国。哈哈！
这次旅程长达14天，从陕西一直玩到新疆。路程虽然遥远，但是我并没有觉得很累 :D
--第一站：昆明巫家坝机场--
从新加坡直飞西安的飞机只有一班，而且是我很讨厌的东航。虽然是直飞，但是飞机还是得途径昆明。原本是想搭南航途径广州，不过想到要在广州过一晚就觉得有点浪费时间。（后来我才知道去广州的团友得在广州呆两晚。。。赚到咯！）
MU5094，凌晨3点的红眼航班。这架空中巴士A320客机好像更新了，但是为什么飞机餐还是和３年前的一样啊？！又是难吃的面条、烧卖和虾饺。。。
早上６点４５分，ＭＵ５０９４抵达昆明巫家坝机场。机场没变，不过这次的经历就跟上次不一样了。因为飞机只停1小时又要飞西安了，所以我们得下机、过海关、拿新的登机牌、再回到飞机上。过海关时大家都很有次序地排队，但是人真的太多了。突然，有一堆不懂是印度还是巴基斯坦的旅客直接插队，引起大家的公愤！我们发现飞机快要起飞了，但是我们还卡在海关，真是急死人了！（最后我们也得插队。。。）
总觉得昆明机场应该在这方面改进一下。
--第二站：西安咸阳机场--
早上8点15分，MU5094起飞前往六大古都之一的西安。

早上10点05分，我们抵达咸阳机场。图片是机场的第2搭客大厦。咸阳机场规模不小哦，还有T3!
--第三站：午餐@阳光丽都大剧院--
从机场去西安市需要1小时的路程。
这是我们吃午餐的地方。气派不错哦~
午餐是自助餐，不过菜色不怎么样。。。哈！
--第四站：西安东方大酒店--
我们有4小时的休息时间。
房间的设施不错，床也很舒适。（之前去中国总是碰到硬邦邦的床，疼死我了！）
去中国这么多次，第一次碰到房内有电脑！太棒了！
我乘机上ＭＳＮ找人聊天。。。哈哈！
--第五站：大雁塔--
下午4点。我们抵达今天唯一的景点，大雁塔。
大雁塔又名大慈恩寺塔，位于中国陕西省西安市南郊大慈恩寺内。因坐落在慈恩寺西院内，大雁塔原称慈恩寺西院浮屠（浮屠即塔的意思）。是中国唐朝佛教建筑艺术杰作。(credits: Baidu)
大雁塔始建于公元652年（唐高宗永徽三年）。玄奘法师为供奉从印度带回的佛像、舍利和梵文经典，在慈恩寺的西塔院建起一座五层砖塔。在武则天长安年间重建。后来又经过多次修整。大雁塔在唐代就是著名的游览胜地，因而留有大量文人雅士的题记，仅明、清朝时期的题名碑就有二百余通。（credits: Baidu)

大雁塔是楼阁式砖塔，塔通高64.5米，塔身为七层，塔体呈方形锥体，由仿木结构形成开间，由下而上按比例递减，塔内有木梯可盘登而上。每层的四面各有一个拱券门洞，可以凭栏远眺。整个建筑气魄宏大，造型简洁稳重，比例协调适度，格调庄严古朴，是保存比较完好的楼阁式塔。在塔内可俯视西安古城。(credits: Baidu)
--第六站：饺子宴@汉唐天下--
今天的晚餐是饺子宴。北方人爱吃饺子，不过他们的饺子好吃吗？可惜啊！我还没吃到特别好吃的北方饺子。说是饺子宴，其实不只是吃饺子，我们的晚餐还有很多道菜。大家看到一笼一笼色彩缤纷的饺子就开始拿起相机猛拍。饺子是好看，但不好吃。饺子皮太厚了！ （小失望）
--第七站： 西安东方大酒店--
傍晚7点43分。天还没暗。我们想到酒店附近闲逛，不过没走多远就决定回去休息了。酒店坐落在西安的新城区，不能感受古都的气息。有点可惜。。。

到了西安才知道这里在办世园会，而世园会的吉祥物是只可爱的长安花。我们跟着纪小姐一起叫它“花花”。哈哈！

Off to work in another 30 mins.

Thanks boss for accompanying me back for testing.

Hopefully tonight's testing is a smooth one, and we can return home & rest.

Tmr is going to be a long day.

I can't sleep until Wed morning.

TV Drama Review #296 - The Greatest Love 最佳爱情

Synopsis:
Dokko Jin is a top star well loved by the nation, and he's aiming to go to Hollywood. Unknown to the public, he had a heart operation 10 years ago, and his heart starts to thump fast whenever he hears "Dugeun Dugeun" by Kukbo Sonyeo (KBSN), a defunct girl group in the 90s.
Ae Jung and Se Ri used to be members of KBSN. However, the group disbanded and Ae Jung's career went downhill. 10 years later, Ae Jung is trying to revive her poor public image, while Se Ri is now a top star and she's dating Dokko Jin, with a contract.
Ae Jung and Jin cross path with each other, and Jin's heart start to beat fast whenever he hears Ae Jung's ring tone. Ae Jung finally got a chance to participate in a reality show "Couple Making" and Se Ri happens to be the MC of the show. Ae Jung makes her way throughout the show with the help of Pil Joo, an oriental medicine doctor.
Pil Joo is kind-hearted, and falls for Ae Jung, but at the same time, Jin also confesses his love for Ae Jung. Se Ri got jealous of Ae Jung as both men try to seek for her affection...

I'm happily proclaiming that TGL is my FAVOURITE DRAMA of the year! The plot, the cast, the OST....were simply great! I wld not say perfect as there are some flaws here & there. The pace of the drama was fast, and the developments of the characters were great. As for the plot, it's great, but I thought they cld have ended some minor sub plots or scenes properly. The reason for disbanding KBSN is forever kept a secret to the public, as Ae Jung wanted to protect her best buddy Mina. However, this secret is made known to the viewers since early of the show, and in the end, nothing happened. I bet alot of ppl thought Mina wld come out and clean up the "mess", clearing Ae Jung's name. Well, that did not come true, but come to think again, if Mina revealed the truth, Ae Jung's sacrifice wld have been nothing. TGL has a big anti-climax scene, and that's after Dokko's heart operation. We were not told of what happened after his operation, and the drama jumped to a few mths later, with Dokko reappearing in good form. Hmm....if they extends the drama, this portion cld be well developed.
I liked how the scriptwriters made use of ordinary things, metaphors & poems in the drama. I liked how Dokko made a potato as a pet, and start growing it; I liked how a pen cld create a big saga b/w the characters; and I liked how a pair of sport shoes can become something precious b/w 2 lovers.
Cha Seung Won is a very charismatic actor, but he did not make me go crazy in "Cityhall". Now, I'm officially the "Potato-man" fan! Hahaha! Dokko Jin is a very "complicated", yet simple guy. He's egoistic, comical and childish at the same time! I wondered how many times did he mentioned "I'm Dokko Jin". Lolz! Even though he's not perfect in many ways, he's willing to work hard to get himself close to Ae Jung, and to sacrifice his everything for her in order to save her career. He's very determined of what he wants, and had no regrets with the consequences which wld affect him. Mr Cha's acting might be over the top at times as he tried to be exaggerating with Dokko's funny expressions and way of speech. However, he was so handsome when he's showing his true emotions. Ooops...do I have a liking for an ajusshi? Haha! Mr Cha is well known for his very man and cool roles in the past, but we must not forget he acted in many comedies before. "Dokko Jin" is a new breakthrough for him.
I liked Gong Hyo Jin and her dramas. Her previous hits like "Pasta" & "Thank You" are my favs as well. Ms Gong's acting is very natural, and she's different from the usual Kdrama actresses. I'm used to see her acting in plain roles. So this time round, Ae Jung is considered a rather glam character for her. Ae Jung is quite a pitiful lady. She suffered injustice for something she did not do. She was misunderstood, but she did not give up. I like her perseverance and positive attitude for work, but she tried to control her own feelings for Jin. She's not the perfect one for the superstar, but she made him complete. I liked how the 2 understood each other so well, and how they are willing to sacrifice for each other.
Yoon Kye Sang has returned to the support role for quite sometime. I am not sure if his acting has impressed me, but Pil Joo is a nice guy. I thought YKS need some breakthrough though. Pil Joo is too easy for him. I mean it's easy to act as the super nice guy, but it's plain you see.
Yoo In Na is getting popular after her role in "Secret Garden", and now she shld be getting even better with the blessing of TGL. Nobody will like Se Ri, but she's not exactly a bad girl.
TGL OST include songs by G.NA, Sunny Hill (who sang the theme song "Dugeun Dugeun"), IU etc.
I am happy to see such a satisfying drama!!! TGL ROCKS!

I'm going to ask for a whole day off if that happens.

Terrible.

Why things can't progress smoothly?

I think I'll have a good laugh when I see these UAT entries again in N yrs time. Ha!
