[teacher's day celebration] the actual day shld be tml, but we celebrated it today in sch. very few jc2s came back actually. the celebration started with a concert performance. guitar ensemble performed first with the song "guan huai fang shi"...basically overall performance was ok, could have done better at the starting part of the song. other performances were so so too. guessed the most interesting parts were the photo guessing game and the results for mr & ms teacher for various nominations...to my disappointment, none of my teachers got any awards ah...sobbzz..only mdm tan got in for the finalists of ms funky...sobbzzz
went to give presents to my teachers after the concert. the office was cramped with students lah..but luckily i didnt wait too long for all my teachers to appear..yipee! hope they like my gift!
[lunch] just had my lunch in jack's place @ hougang plaza...quite crowded. dun seem to be a restaurant to me coz the whole place was quite noisy and the atmosphere was more like a classy foodcourt.hahaa! i didnt have steak for my lunch..instead i ate set lunch ( chicken chop) + spaghetti...very full. i think if u wanna have meals in jack's place pls come in the evening for dinner, got candle light, the atmosphere is better yeah!

[zpop] i stood from 5.30-11.30+ pm. really broke my record! surprisingly today i still feel quite ok and no aches eh! haha! guess my stamina is improving sia~pf ah better build up ur stamina sia! the whole concert i only drank 1 bottle of water...song sia actually i dun feel thirsty eh?! haha! ok back to the concert..
the whole concert was at its peak when there were singaporean singers (stella, jj, yida & sun) sun's performance was, to me the most ridiculous one. why? coz she got so many supports from her church and they hold up the big boards with her name..then the back pple cant see and start throwing the lightsticks to the front...and i kenna hit by 2 lightsticks..haiz! the sky was like raining with lightsticks lor...i wonder the pple threw those sticks becoz they cant see? or they felt too high? or they disliked sun...haiz...pls spare a thought for pple in front! we are innocent!
another peak came when F.I.R appeared...damn high! nearly everyone knew and sang their songs...faye even cried...and we sang her a belated bday song too..haaha! very shiok!
the crowd actually started to dispersed after F.I.R's performance...at that time left richie ren, energy and ryu shi won. then pf and me went to take drinks when richie was up on stage...haha!
energy was up and we went back to see! i kinda felt pity for shi won coz the crowd was really small when he was up on stage..butta he was very cute eh..hahaha! hope he can come next yr man! haha!
heard some gals complained abt the singers from china...i guessed they dunno much abt them ba. butta they really were "true" singaporeans..never respect lor...& from the concert i saw selfish singaporeans again.. though i wont say only singaporeans acted like that, but then it again shows that we are still far away from a civilised society.. our young is somehow like barbarians in some way.
basically i only enjoyed all the performances, but i really dislike coming to such concerts...now i understand u pay more money to watch concert for what..that is to pay for a comfortable seat (though without gd view), listen and enjoyed the whole performance with no complains.
ya another funny thing was the mrt thing..haha i guessed pf and me wont forget ba? we were lucky to catch the last train @ cityhall..then many pple thought the last train to douby goht (NEL) was coming soon and they all ran down...pf and me too ah! i ran faster than her coz i dun have any belongings with me ba...maybe my scandals helped me to run faster? hahaha! butta when we reached there art 11.55pm...the board said.."last train 12.03am"...diaoz what the heck are we running for? hahahah! again i boarded 2 last trains back home...hope it would be my 1st & last experience..haha!

~last day of term 3~
[last day of sch] honestly i dun feel the happiness of having the last day of lessons for term 3. that is because my study leave+one week holidays wont be a pleasant one..that means i gotta study and cannot play and do other things. i can see some of my pals feeling very happy abt the last day thing...but i just dont get it. i rather i have lessons rather than having breaks which i cant enjoy. holidays sux after i became a jc student.
[zpop concert] yeah tml 6pm! going with pf and perhaps meeting cl & ml @ cityhall...haha! very excited coz' this is gonna be my first time attending pop concert...really! i had only been to those classical concerts..haha! really wanna thank nkh for giving us the tickets...(hope he enjoys his dinner tml) haha! i wont be going there early, so i am expecting a big crowd in front of me @ the padang tml. finally i can get my dad to fetch me home tml night...but then i must go aljunied to wait for him...(coz his workplace is there)....i hope the transport service will extend abit...though i think i cant get home using public transport (hope a miracle will happen?) anyway shall update the zpop thingy in my next entry.

[home]gotta bear with the new paints and all the mess in my house..all thanks to my okasan ne! haiz...now my dining hall is so purple...violet for the walls & soft lilac for the cellings...haha! i really cant imagine my whole house becoming so purple..alamak! think i must find a good place to study le coz i can forsee this painting thing to continue through my study leave & holidays...hohoho!

~guitar farewell~
[today]waited for nearly 2 hrs for the thing to start. went to meet up with the jc2s first...saw the album done up by ys they all..very nice thanks for ya job! next wanna thank ys for ya friendship band..wondered how much all those bands cost u..haha! oh ya! and the cards too..thanks! next wanna thank my dear juniors (especially from sect 2) for ya presents! it smells nice~ haha! the only funny thing that happened just now was the trophy thing...got many errors & mr ong wants to redo them again...anyway wanna thank him for that too!
though there were some errors abt the venue today...i think all of us had a great time in the end...the food was ok lah ( from canteen) & the performance by jc1s were kinda funny...very last min i guessed & abit disorganised... jc2s' performance was somehow better in terms of sound quality..but i wanna say sorry that i didnt sing thru out the song coz i dun have the lyrics with me..haha! but anyway it sounded well..thanks to those pple who sang! kevin last min played and sang us a song by jiang ling ( wonder who is that?) bu kui shi wo men de guitar lao shi...gd voice! gd playing! hahah!
the most paiseh thing was i didnt prepare any gifts for my juniors..and they actualy gave us ( me & other jc2s in sect 2)felt abit guilty ah..but no worries i will send them my gifts soon with jiawen..haha! i dun like to take and dun give!
err...very glad that kevin will be giving us free photos...hope i can get it soon....haha! then me & jw will be giving a special gift to our dear mdm tan...just wait & see~ hahahaha!

~something about me #8 - split personality?~
[#8] suddenly thought of this topic today...my definition for split personality is a person having different mindset and appearance...that means for example a person maybe look very cold on the outside but then he/she may be a very passionate person inside...
ok i am not that kind of people lah...i dun think i am suffering from split personality too.haha! but again i wonder what abt those pple who wear a mask? are they having split personality or they are just trying to hide their true personality?
honestly, people around me are mostly true-beings in that sense they dun wear a mask or have a split personality...except for some...ridiculous ones..better dun remind myself abt them..haiz
i am always curious how pple look at me..becoz of what i heard..haha! there are 2 types of response i knew of :
1. pple who barely knows me think that i am a very serious person with hardly any smiles on my face and i look fierce..hahaha! (guess my gd buddies will laugh like crazy) but then i gotta admit when i dun smile somehow i look quite serious..(mum said that too)...sobbz...
2. pple who knows me well enough think i am a crapper or joker...can be serious also lah but then 90% of the time i am siao lah...think becoz our friendship is not just on surface? so i can crapped abit?
i dun consider that as a split personality ba? i guess it's just that if i dun know someone well i wont talk much to that person or even bother abt that person ba...i am not those pple who will take initiative...except when i got no choice lah..haha! honestly, i dun like to communicate with pple i dunno...or pple whom i just know their names...haha! so i got few friends ah...if u've notice..
i sometimes really envy pple who can make many friends in school...i wonder how they do it..haha! there are always such pple around me...sobbzz...but then i am not too bothered abt how many friends i got lah..i just hope i can have real response on how they look at me as a friend.
i hate "fakers"...and i know it...woman's instinct? pls i dun have such instincts ah..dunno why? i am not a woman ba? wahahahhaha!

[today] the title is reflecting how i am feeling right now...eyes half closed...a few things happened today but i just cant seem to remember..let me recall...
guitar farewell party kenna postponed to monday 5.30pm! imagine where on earth got farewell party in the evening? it's like everyone is so tired and at the most we can stay is 7pm lor..wat if suay suay we got tests on tues leh? i dun understand this..if sat cannot we can really delay it after prelims lah...monday lor...and i am sick of smsing msgs abt this thing le...simply dragged too long liao...kenna scolded by my mum for overusing sms...kaoz...pls dun haunt me with those msgs le....thanks!
ml played her prank joke today again..after the chinatown trip..ok firstly i wanna say is paiseh hor me and jw got go to the econs thing...haha! anyway, pls wake up hor? u r still a kid ah? i dun have time for your pranks hor? sorry if i seem to be angry butta ur prank was getting overboard...no laughing matter ok? just wanna say that coz those tian zhen pple like pf was really worried for them during tt chinatown trip..lucky i called nkh.
got my last batch of photos from jw today! wanna say a big thank you coz u really have to develop alot of pics ah! haha
finally i got mdm tan's cd liao...wat a long wait. anyway my cd got 2 songs eh...really surprised abt that coz my pals only got the river song...i still got one more 9 min song. actually dunno can consider song or not coz it was like recording their jamming things...and there are 2 songs in this 9 mins song thingy ah...the first is "everywhere" by michelle branch..i think the lead singer is not mdm tan..2nd song is sung by a guy...thought he got sing that last time in our sch. anyway, "river" is a nice song ah..but the lyrics got some mistakes..haha! printing error!

cla trip to "yuan mao guan" @ chinatown
[e trip]wow! very tired eh! must be that "turtle" bag...so heavy! made me felt so tired and kenna headaches! damn it! haiz...anyway, this was my first time going to "yuan mao guan"..saw many historial stuffs which happened in chinatown..it was like a small chinese museum..haha! very enriching trip...indeed!
[food]wow! finally i got a taste of chinese style "gyoza" or guo tie...they are dumplings actually..not those boiled or steam ones...but fried ones..not too oily..very tasty with the chili sauce! wonderful! mama mia~ wanna say a big agrigato to pf !
[others] went to a few tour agencies with my pals..pf,jw,les & ll..felt so stressed going to these places coz i was wearing my uniform...and i think the pple in the agencies were kinda shock to see students...haha! next time cannot wear uniform le...diaoz..
the sad thing is i cant meet my pals in hk this yr end le...they are going only in mid-dec & by that time i could have come back from my trip le...sobbzzz...haiz! bo bian ah my mum dun wan to go during that time coz hk quite cold...sobz...
anyway, hope all of us can go overseas and enjoy ba! cheers~

~goodbye xiao mao 12/8/04~
[xiaomao] we expected him to go soon, but we didnt know it was so fast...2 days only..haiz!
exactly after one month from mao mao's departure, xiao mao left us yday..many strange things happened..firstly both died on the same date..12th of the month...same time ard 10.50pm and same way...after my mum put them back to cage..haiz...they died in the same posture too...
guess his 2 days stay werent a happy one..coz he kenna germs when he was born...didnt eat, didnt sleep much, didnt move much...only drink abit of water....u can see the "bing tai" from him...very ke lian..mum said a prayer b4 we put him in the box...
hope he will go to a better place ba...
to tuan's pals: u guys meant well...who knows he is sick right? haha! dun blame on yourselves hor...anyway ur had replaced the present liao..my sis is happy anyway...alamak..
Anyway, a new hamster will be arriving AGAIN next week...my sis is siao over hamsters liao...guess must get ready of another box le...muahhahaha!

~new family member--xiao mao~
[xiao mao] mao mao left us for abt a month plus le...time flies...now got new hamster member call xiao mao..can see that my sis is really happy abt him..haha! he is rather a rare creature...with alternate white and brown fur...very smooth fur also...and little hair ard his head..diaoz sound like monster..hahaha anyway he is kinda timid too..good man wont bite! haha! but i wont touch it lah....to be fair to mao mao...muahhahaha what an excuse! anyway, hope this little "mouse" will cheer up my house ba...hohoho!

~happy 16th birthday hui tuan~
[to mei mei] eh i knoe u r kinda sian today coz u stayed at home the wholeday..butta tml u r going to celebrate with ur pals mah...so stay happy ba..now the most impt thing for u are prelims & olevels..dun slack ok? i wish u good health and may u do well for the coming exams. also, stay as cute & funky as ever & control ur temper lah...so long liao still the same...alamak!
[yday]met my pals @ orchard mrt and i waited for all of them to come for 30mins...wah seh broke my record ah...kaoz next time my turn liao...u guys watch out! hahahhaa!
we ate steamboat+sushi+ice cream buffet @ yuki no yaki @ cineleisure..kaoz quite expensive eh & the things there are quite limited...especially the sushi...sianz..but anyway it was our first time so suan le ba...then we took neoprints & walked to the da pai dang opposite centrepoint...very crowded eh....everything looked so new to me..coz i 1st time went there mah...quite fun though but the food there not cheap hor...wt wasnt really happy yday coz none of us wanna go shopping with her..and she spilled the soup during dinner...sorry ah coz i guessed all of us werent in the shopping mood and it was kinda late liao..everyone was tired...some more pple like me dun like to go shopping so paiseh ah...we will do something else next time.
[to my jc pals] eh though we got a long break, dun spend every min outside..clear hmwk and study for tests ba...ok?! work hard play hard! looking forward to see u guys on wednesday.

~it has been a long time~
[gathering] well my last gathering with my pals from cchsm was several months ago, cant say very long & not very short. It is very difficult for us to meet le. That's the sad thing lah, but we cant help it mah. Hope i will have an enjoyable gathering this evening ba...with the absence of py. haiz...this gal dunno what she is doing..so busy de ...qi si wo le! haiz...
I find myself quite pathetic...i dun have many friends. i dunno how many jc pals i will still keep in touch after i graduate this yr..really i think half of them or lesser? i really wanna have more pals lor...it's a little miracle for me to keep in touch with 2 1st 3 mths pals..jie hui & shelie..though for shelie's case i get my pal sc to help me convey my wishes or what so ever. That night @ indoor stadium saw shelie & my pal..she still remembered me eh! hahaha!

[school]today was totally a crappy day...what a "fun" 2 hrs i had with my pals for econs self-study..haha! guess we never had so much laughter in other days ba...is ms gan deaf or she pretended not to hear us? coz i think our laughters were really loud...especially ml..haha! laughed until dunno how to say..hoho! and jw laughed till stomach pain? haha! anyway i guessed time really flew fast this way! keep it up pals! hahah!
now then i realised cindy was 'hao se zhi tu" ah..next time must beware of her for any sudden attacks..hahaha!

~fantastic meal~
[school] kenna "bing fen xing qi san" with 2 rounds of tests with my pals. haiz...very sian. in the middle of the tests we got some chance to talk and u know what's the topic? gossips..haha! basically abt 80% of the talk i had heard abt it lah..so nothing new actually. butta got some shocking stuffs that made me got tt kind of "cant believe" look for mins..haha!
[guitar] well going for my farewell party soon..dunno what date thought. & guess what? we the jc2s gotta perform for the rest?!!! shock? yeah damn shock. actually i think ys wanted this song as a gift for kevin..butta it's like we gotta practice this song with our guitars leh?! we gotta spend time learning that...which is like why are we doing this when the jc1s are supposed to do the performing stuff...it's our farewell leh...very sickening lor. i dun have time to learn this song with them lor...not to say i wanna slack or what?!
[dinner] really brightened up my day..wanna say a big thanks to aunt joanna who had cooked the filet for my sis & i. well, got a very westernised dinner today..hohoho! it was 1st time at home eating western food with my house plate ( 1st time using the plates i wanna emphasise) haha! then we celebrated my sis's big day in advance. well, aunt bought her fav tiramisu cake from TCC ( something like starbucks) can see that my sis was so happy when we sang the big day song..ahha! the cake was niceeeeee...and the liquor is not tt strong..fantastic..guess i will have another piece tml morning...whahahha!

something about me #7~ brand loyalty
today's topic is kinda strange..haha! yeah abt brand loyalty. It actually started because of my parents..can say my family are really those pple who go for branding. Price of coz matters even though we go for brands..if not worthwhile we will switch to cheaper but gd stuffs.
hmm..let see what types of goods my house have with some specific brands...
[sport shoes]-nike.other brands bought b4 includes power, new balance etc
[watches]-swatch, citizen, casio
[tv sets]-sony
[hi-fi sets]..no fix branding. butta i wont buy any philips stuff..sux
[clothes-yq's case]- normally OP,converse, U2, UCLA, LEE, LAWMAN & many others. i wont go to boutiques selling feminine clothes or clothes that cost alot..haha! poor leh...
Actually now i see the list...not alot of brands mah..haha! basically japanese brands are still well-liked by my family lah..me too..the only korean stuffs i have in my house are my dad's Hyundai car, my sis's samsung hp, samsung cd-burner and korean cup noodles.wahaha!
rather than saying brand loyalty..my family also practised shops loyalty.For example, all spectacles came from the same shop my mum visited since she was young. For my mum's case she only goes to my aunt who is a hairdresser to have her hair cut. haha!

~friends around me~
[friends] all seemed to be bothered by too many things thesedays...
1. all of us are bothered abt gp presentations. some of us are stressed up and frustrated with how the presentations are going on. tml is the day and perhaps this will be the last presentation. Pls press on!!
2. saw some of their blogs. they were kinda bothered abt relationship stuffs. hey gals things had ended le..dun keep looking back. i know i knew nothing abt this stuff but then pls dun let yourself suffer with poor academic results and bad moods. pls wake up ba time is running out..
there are so many better guys out there dun always stuck to one. i am not saying pple shld be "hua xin" lah..but when u know there is no hope to reconcile then dun stay at the same spot. pang guan zhe qing...i hope u gals can really zhen zuo qi lai and start afresh! really dun want to see u guys suffering for this stuff....bu zhi de.
